When you call us, you will speak with a water heater expert 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can answer your questions and assist in scheduling an water heater repair or replacement. When a Water Heaters Only, Inc installer arrives at your home, he will assess the situation and recommend the best options for your home. During the installation our technicians are trained to provide quality workmanship, by limiting any possible damage, take care of your home and clean up the work area thoroughly before completing their job.

Once the new water heater is installed our technician will review the new water heater, walk you through lighting the pilot and explain the warranty. We also place a large yellow sticker on the water heater with the customer order number and date of installation. If you ever need to take advantage of your warranty, but you can’t find your receipt, this special installation sticker can help us find your records.

Once the job is complete you can rest assured that your unit was installed by a well trained installer and that you have a quality product with a warranty.
