I had gotten an estimate on replacing our old water heater 15 months ago from Water Heaters Only. At the time, they advised me to just wait until the water heater failed (2 other companies that gave me higher estimates were eager to replace it right away). The little alarm in the drain pan under the water heater went off at 4:30 AM. I called Water Heaters Only at 5 AM, expecting to just leave a message. A live person answered and took my details and told me that the plumbers start at 7 AM so they would call me after that. They called at 6:45 AM to say they could come out today between 1-5 PM. Another call at 10:00 AM offered to come sooner, which I was happy to accept. Sean Lee came soon after, installed the new water heater without problems, including upgrading the fittings, etc. And they charged me the exact amount they had estimated 15 months prior (I was expecting that the cost would have gone up, since the estimate was only guaranteed for 6 months). We were back with working hot water at 2:30 PM, which I consider a miracle. I would definitely recommend them!

Water Heaters Only responded to our Sunday morning call quickly. Lori took down all our info, model and capacity of our current water heater, and communicated when a plumber would be able to visit that day. She told us we would be given an estimate and no obligation to do the work, but the plumber would arrive with all the equipment needed to repair or replace our water heater at the visit. Marcus arrived within the time frame we were given and quickly assessed the situation. He gave us an estimate and was respectful (no pressure) in letting us decide if we wanted to move forward with replacement of our 13 year old unit. The new unit he brought was the same capacity and Bradford White brand we had, and we were pleased with that option. (Kudos to Lori for noting our info well in the initial call) Once we confirmed info with WH Only office, Marcus was ready to start the replacement process. He worked efficiently and displayed an amazing attention to detail, making sure everything was working properly before he cleaned the area thoroughly prior to letting us know the job was complete. Marcus went above and beyond the expected time frame to complete the job, and was also respectful of our time and made sure we were ok with him taking a bit longer to be sure that he could replace a connection at the time rather than scheduling to come back the next day. That thoroughness was appreciated and did not add to the original estimate. When completed, he explained the operation and settings of the new installation so that we were clear on how the new unit would function and he explained the warranties and clearly labeled the important info on the unit so we can easily access that info when needed. We would recommend calling Water Heaters Only for quick response and availability to replace a unit in an emergency situation.
